Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $18–$20 per hour, based on experience; weekly pay every Friday; flexible scheduling that allows you to build a schedule that works for your life; paid time off and sick time for caregivers working 25+ hours per week; health, dental, and vision insurance for caregivers working 30+ hours per week; mileage reimbursement; paid training, including CEUs through Relias; one-on-one client care; supplemental insurance options including accident, short-term disability, and term life; employee referral bonuses; no mandated weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide companionship and emotional support; assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing; help with light housekeeping and meal preparation; support safe mobility and transfers; run errands and grocery shopping for clients.
Who We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; ability to pass a New Jersey criminal background check; CHHA preferred or willingness to obtain if applicable; prior home care or caregiving experience preferred but not required; kind, dependable, and willing to learn.
