Home Health Administrator

Salisbury, MD
We are looking for a licensed responsibleAdministrator to organize day-to-day operations of an Home health Facility. Your job will be to provide support to our employees and coordinate all daily activities of the clients and staff. You must be familiar with all Federal, State and Local regulations regarding a Personal Care Facility, including COVID-19 rules. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include managing office equipment, ordering supplies, booking meetings and events, arranging meetings, handling financial matters and distributing mail. 
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital)
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
  • Submit financial reports
  • Acting as a liaison between families, residents and staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Representing the facility in professional and community activities
  • Proven experience as a Licensed Administrator
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Awareness of Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to a Personal Care Facility
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
COVID-19 considerations:
Must have knowledge of Infection Control, proper hand washing techniques, social distancing and PPE protocol in light of COVID-19
