Litigation Paralegal
Location: San Diego, San Francisco, or Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Compensation: Up to $95,000 per year

Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support defense litigation attorneys in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
Organize and maintain legal documents, discovery, and evidence
Draft subpoenas and communicate with custodians of records
Conduct legal research, jury verdict analysis, and background investigations
Prepare medical chronologies and Howell analyses
Collaborate with attorneys, experts, clients, and opposing counsel
Assemble trial binders and demonstrative evidence
Provide support during voir dire, jury selection, and trial
Meet a 1500-hour annual billable requirement
3+ years of litigation experience (defense litigation strongly preferred)
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited institution (strongly preferred)
Proficient knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and FRCP
Strong background in trial preparation and courtroom support
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively and work in a team environment
Familiarity with timekeeping and billing software
