Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with experience in the home improvement or related industry to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently while understanding the unique demands of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone Leads Management: Answer incoming calls, manage phone leads, and schedule appointments. Ensure accurate entry of customer information into our CRM system(s): Leap and Job Progress.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments and projects with clients and subcontractors. Maintain an organized calendar to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Communication: Type letters and draft emails to customers and subcontractors. Communicate professionally and promptly to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied.
  • Industry Understanding: Utilize your knowledge of the home improvement industry to assist with various tasks, including understanding customer needs and providing relevant information.
  • General Office Duties: Perform standard administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and supporting the office staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the home improvement or a related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with home improvement terminology and processes is a plus.
