Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A small, growing manufacturing company in Glastonbury, CT is seeking an experienced Accounting & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and general office management. This is a hands-on role suited for a self-motivated professional who enjoys a dynamic environment and can manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Oversee collections and maintain customer account accuracy
• Perform inventory accounting and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accruals, journal entries, and financial statements
• Conduct month-end and year-end closings and account analysis
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in general accounting processes

Office Management
• Manage office operations, records, and administrative workflows
• Assist with receptionist duties and correspondence
• Support leadership with HR, payroll, and benefits coordination
• Maintain vendor and supplier records and communication

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and office management
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
