Location: Marion, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (OT as needed)
Pay: $21+/hour depending on experience

Job Summary
A leading metal fabrication and precision manufacturing company is seeking a Fiber Laser Operator to support flat and tube laser cutting operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating fiber laser machines and CNC controls within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines for flat sheet and tube materials
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper fixturing and alignment
• Adjust machine settings and CNC parameters to maintain cut quality
• Perform basic programming edits and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Monitor accuracy and consistency throughout production runs
• Maintain daily production logs and follow job travelers and work orders
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on laser equipment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area

Qualifications
• Experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment (flat and/or tube)
• Familiarity with CNC controls and parameter adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong understanding of materials and fabrication processes
• Skilled with precision measurement tools
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
