Location: Marion, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (OT as needed)
Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience

A growing manufacturing and precision fabrication company in Marion is seeking a skilled CNC / Fabrication Machine Operator to support daily production across various machining and forming operations. This is a hands-on role working with modern CNC equipment in a clean, organized shop environment. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, press brake forming, laser cutting, or similar metal fabrication processes are encouraged to apply.
• Set up and operate CNC production equipment such as mills, lathes, press brakes, or laser cutting machines
• Load raw materials, install tooling, check machine readiness, and verify job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, bend instructions, and work orders
• Make basic machine adjustments or minor program edits to maintain accuracy and part quality
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other precision measurement tools
• Monitor production runs to ensure consistency and adherence to required tolerances
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or tooling issues to keep operations running smoothly
• Record production information and maintain organized, accurate job documentation
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Experience operating CNC machinery in fabrication or machining (mill, lathe, press brake, or fiber laser experience all considered)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and verify dimensions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine setup
• Familiarity with measurement tools and tolerance requirements
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift materials as needed
