Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide non-medical assistance to clients in their homes. This includes helping with daily activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals based on client preferences
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotionally supportive interaction
• Give medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Help with errands or transportation as needed
• Document care provided according to guidelines
Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test and physical required prior to working (testing provided)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred but not required
• CNA/HHA certification is a plus, not required
