Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation or run errands as needed
• Follow the care plan and report any changes

Requirements:
• Active New Jersey CHHA license
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone for clock-in and clock-out
• Professional, dependable and compassionate
