Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the firm’s marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role will be responsible for managing the firm's marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, content development, and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services marketing, with a strong focus on legal or similar industries, and a proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and increase brand recognition.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content, ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website management.
  • Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including attorneys and leadership, to identify marketing needs and support business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, and media partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the legal, professional services, or corporate sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
