Join a home care team dedicated to improving the daily lives of our clients across southern New Hampshire. We’re looking for caring LNAs who take pride in providing professional, person-centered care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and daily hygiene needs in a respectful, supportive manner.
• Monitor and document changes in condition, communicating promptly with nursing staff.
• Prepare light meals, perform household tasks, and provide companionship to promote well-being.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards within each home environment.
• Offer mobility support and assist with prescribed exercises when needed.
