Responsible for providing telephonic customer service support to members and/or providers through inbound and outbound calling.
Direct customer interaction utilizing alternative methods, such as telephonic, mail or email.
Answer and work to resolve a variety of inquiries, varying depending on customer interaction, in a timely fashion.
Complete cross training opportunities as they arise.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience
Strong inbound and outbound telephonic skills, or the ability to quickly learn
Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
Ability to apply business knowledge, use sound judgment, and produce high-quality work
Ability to prioritize work and call handling based on a strong service mentality
Effective utilization of on-line resources
Ability to multitask by fielding calls, navigating internal databases and utilizing contract specific scripting simultaneously
