Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Position Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the US

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours of operations are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm MST

Languages: Bilingual in English/Spanish

Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual (Preferred) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This fully remote position requires candidates to handle inbound and outbound calls while assisting with back-end tasks. The ideal candidate will work independently within a structured team, be self-starting, possess strong task prioritization skills, and excel in communication. Customer service experience is essential for success in this role.  This position requires prior experience within healthcare industry.


  • Handle new broker applications and enrollment forms.
  • Educate Brokers on plan benefits in all markets.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS requirements in application processes.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and serve as a single point of contact for National Brokers, addressing inquiries related to application submittals, Medicare Advantage products, and supply requests and fulfillment.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Medicare and Customer Service
  • Must have revent healthcare industry and terminology experience

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Additional Information:

  • Bilingual candidates who are Spanish-speaking are preferred.
  • The position is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the US.
  • The schedule is Monday to Friday, with varying shifts based on business needs, within the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm MST. Candidates should have flexibility with start/end times to accommodate business hours.
