Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process member referrals for state-mandated programs.
• Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, file management, and scheduling/arranging meetings.
• Assist in arranging travel for team members, as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal staff and third-party vendors to execute program requirements.
• Contribute to the design and development of program components.
• Assist in tracking and reporting program/project metrics.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• May conduct training sessions as required.
• Prepare budgeting and assist with project scheduling.
• Generate statistical reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Preferred background in healthcare or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate Pacific Time (California) hours.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• No specific licensure required.
