Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process appeals related to healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate records of appeals and associated documentation.
  • Communicate with members, providers, and internal teams regarding appeal status and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the appeals team to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Assist in preparing appeal-related reports and documentation.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies regarding appeals processing.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and file management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
