Individualized Care: Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Personalized Assistance: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management, as outlined in individualized care plans.
Skill Development: Support individuals in developing essential life skills, such as communication, social interaction, and independent living skills.
Community Integration: Encourage community participation and inclusion by planning and facilitating outings, social activities, and recreational opportunities.
Behavioral Support: Implement behavioral support plans and strategies to address challenging behaviors, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided, progress, incidents, and behavioral observations.
Safety and Well-Being: Ensure the safety, health, and security of individuals, including monitoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of individuals to ensure their rights and preferences are respected, and their needs are met.
