The Senior Consultant will provide direct support to all new business development opportunities, to include the current pipeline of opportunities to capture (or recapture) 15M+ lives
• Serve as the singularly responsible and accountable resource for driving IT’s contribution to RFP response and proposal success. Be the champion and facilitator for a knowledge base of capabilities and assets that will differentiate the company in a measurable way
• Develop a competitive environment analysis for all markets, with an emphasis on IT capabilities of competitors, emerging trends, and capabilities expressly desired by state customers.
• Working with local leadership, develop a 15-month (rolling) tactical account management plan, and a 36-month strategic account management plan.
Working with key customers and business council leadership, be instrumental in the development of proposed business cases that will drive further top- and bottom-line growth.
