Director of Product Marketing (hybrid remote)

We are hiring for a Director of Product Marketing for a fast-growing software company client in Vienna with $25million in revenue.    Our ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in software, healthcare or tech environment creating a GTM strategy and/or product marketing experience.

The position will lead a team of product owners and product marketers and develop a strategic go-to-market strategy for their applications.  In this role you will coordinate cross functionally with creative services, and development and engineering, and business development with multi-channel lead generation.

As a Director of Application Marketing, you will have ownership and be responsible for a portfolio of applications across several verticals. You will manage a team of Product Owners and help them envision, strategize, build and sell applications that will change the financial services and healthcare industries.

Essential Functions/Priorities:

· Set go-to-market strategy, and own the day-to-day decision making for the product owners

· Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills

· Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

· Push the thinking on what is possible – the bigger the vision, the better

· Work collaboratively and drive the empowerment of Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Documentation, Quality Assurance, Professional Services, and Support

· Leads and motivates collaborators, while maintaining team health and happiness

· Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

· Strong executive presence and ability to win the confidence of the Executive Team
