PRINCIPAL DUTIES • Assess client eligibility, complete intakes, orientations and create individualized service plans. Assess whether a client is eligible to receive socialservices benefits. Ensure thatservices are provided in accordance with LEP policy. • Advocate for clients with socialservice agencies, provide follow-up assistance with critical cases and communicate with the other service providers. Maintain client’s file, update case notes and update calendar. • Perform other duties as assigned by Program Coordinator such as assisting with outreach, participating in staff retreats, United Way tours, agency fairs and seeking engagements. Assist with special organizational projects/events, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED • One (1) year experience in an administrative setting or within refugee populations • Valid Texas driver’s license
