Our client is a commercial financial services/advisory firm that focuses on assisting businesses reduce the cost of insurance and increase tax credits. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits. It is an in office position.
Duties: We are searching for a permanent document processor that will obtain the necessary documentation from clients. Receiving and processing all incoming documents. Sort and organize incoming documentation according to the business's criteria and enter relevant information into the system. Prepare and mail disclosures as necessary. Additional duties include: scanning images; sending and receiving documents; organizing paper and electronic files; and analyzing the efficiency of communication processes. Document processors must adhere to company policies when handling materials, especially those that contain confidential information.

Bachelors degree from 4 year university
Experience with processing documents such as a Mortgage Loan Processor, Commercial Loan Processor, or Paralegal
Experience with insurance, financial information or corporate documentation
