Job Title: Healthcare - Care Review Processor I
Job Description: • Will the position be 100% remote? Position is 100% remote

• What are the must have requirements? Home office, with lockable door-- minimum high school graduate/education
• What are the day to day responsibilities?
• Must be out-going, energetic and a have the ability to work independently.
• Telephonic outreach to members to schedule Community Connector face- to –face visits, ability to schedule for up to 3 Community Connectors.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task , excellent documentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel required
• Conducts research with available data to locate members the company has been unable to contact (e.g., reviewing internal databases, contacting member providers or caregivers.
• Assistance may include scheduling appointments with providers.
• Will the resource require network access and equipment? Company issued laptop, iPhone
• Is there specific licensure is required in order to qualify for the role? N/A
• What is the desired work hours (i.e. 8am – 5pm) 8AM -5PM; flexibility required if needed
