Candidate would be responsible for answering incoming calls from Members and Providers while ensuring high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimal down time. Candidate will also resolve basic types of customer service inquiries and perform routine duties including: healthcare benefits, eligibility, member material requests, provider look-up, and authorization calls and claims status. Prior member services experience is preferred.
2+ years of medical office experience
