Our client is an excellent not-for-profit focused on the health and welfare of families and children.  They are seeking a long term spanish speaking contractor to assist with providing grants to those families suffering from financial hardships.  Specifically the grants they are offering are part of the ERAP Program (Emergency Rental Assistance Program) in Harris County.  This position is full-time Monday - Friday and located in the office located in the 77006 zip code of Houston (free parking).

DUTIES:
In this role you will take phone calls and applications from those who are requiring financial assistance.  You will collect information to determine that they are eligible for the program (such as living in Harris County and the nature of their financial hardship).

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Experience with either a call center or telephonic customer service
* Bilingual (Spanish and English)
* Typing / Data Entry experience
* Candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug test
