Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide support to our sales and marketing departments. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry into HubSpot/Salesforce, scheduling meetings, performing research, contacting clients for missing information, maintaining and preparing conference/meeting rooms. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior office support experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry for customer data in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Use search engines to complete research for management team
  • Prepare pipeline reports and spreadsheets for sales team
  • Contact clients track missing information
  • Prepare conference and meeting rooms 
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Other administrative functions as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Computer proficiency
Communication, organizational, and time management skills
